INFORMATION ON RENTING THE APPARTMENT (ENGLISH)

It is a large duplex penthouse (120m2) with two beautiful terraces (40m2 and 25m2). Two hundred meters away from the beach. Panoramic views of sea, mountains and countryside from all rooms. Has 4 double bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms and one with TV), a third bathroom, living area with TV and chimeney, dining room, kitchen, interior patio and two terraces . One terrace with dining area and 2m2 chill out bed, the other with hot shower and lounge area. Recently refurbished and decorated. Sleeps 8 people (all rooms have two beds that can go together or separate). Large beautiful pool and gardens and paddle-tennis courts within the resort. There is a private parking space available but access is quite difficult so we recommend to park outside. Arrivals after 15h of arrival date. Departures no later than 11h of departure date. To book 30% in advance and remaining 70% plus 500€ refundable deposit against damages no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
